The vacation Apartments are located on the promenade of San Vincenzo, in front of the newest and exclusive marina, just 50 meters from the beach and about 100 meters from the center of San Vincenzo. San Vincenzo is a seaside small city on the Etruscan Coast in Tuscany. Its beach is sandy and ideal for children, the sea slopes gently. For those who love culture and art, San Vincenzo is a great starting point for excursions all over Tuscany and the nearby island of Elba. The center of San Vincenzo, with restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques, post office etc. is reached in less than 5 minutes walk.

The building consists of 5 vacation flats (3 two-rooms Apartments on the 1st floor and 2 three-rooms apartment on the ground floor), a detached cottage (called "Casetta") on the back of the building. The apartments have air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating and all have a terrace for outside eating with sea view. On the terraces the guests can enjoy the sun all day and admire a beautiful sunset over the sea.

In the basement of the property there is the laundry, with washing machines and irons. Inside the property there is a parking, the guest can even park in front and behind the House.

The strength of this destination is undoubtedly its location, just 50 meters from the beach (here you don't need your car!). A small building in a quite location.
