The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a building just 50 m from the seafront in Martinsicuro, in Abruzzo, on the Adriatic coast in the province of Teramo. The apartment is 45 sqm and consists of:

• a double bedroom
• a bedroom with 2 single beds
• a living room with a fireplace
• a kitchenette (refurbished in 2010) with a fridge , and a cooker with an oven
• a bathroom with a shower and bidet
• a covered balcony (13 sqm) with a table and chairs for dining outside, a sink and a washing machine

From the balcony there is access to the living room and the double bedroom, and you can see the sea from the balcony.

The building in which the apartment is situated is well maintained and cared for; the area is quiet with little traffic. Free parking is available in front of the building. At the seaside, there are free beaches nearby, but there are also chalets where it is possible to hire sun umbrellas, sun beds, etc. There are grocery shops and restaurants in the nearby vicinity.
