Biodynamic country house Bed and Breakfast in Ripatransone overlooking the hills of the Ascoli Piceno area

The country house is harmoniously set in the greenery of nature, surrounded by the quiet Piceno hills (Marche region) and far away from the city noise. Nothing disturbs the quiet of this place. Its strategic location provides many opportunities for relaxation and fun. Just a few minutes’ drive will take you to the beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto, Grottammare or Cupra Marittima, all awarded the Blue Flag in 2010. There are two marvellous natural parks where you can go on beautiful excursions. In the hills you can visit numerous medieval villages (Ripatransone, Monteprandone, Fermo, Acquaviva Piceno, Offida), which are charming and full of history and art.

The holiday house consists of 6 spacious rooms, all designed according to the principles of Feng Shui, and the most advanced concepts of green architecture, to offer guests comfort and tranquillity. The rooms have the names of the 5 items related to Feng Shui+1: Water, Wood, Metal, Earth, Fire and Air and are all different. The linen is all certified organic. All materials are organic. The rooms are electrically isolated through star systems, the wall heating is powered by solar panels and a biomass boiler. All rooms have a terrace, king-size beds, telephone line, internet access. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a courtesy set of bath toiletries, and bathrobes for use at the pool.

Sleeping in these rooms is a very relaxing experience which will improve the quality of your holiday.

The room "ARIA" (Air) is on the ground floor and looks on to a large garden; it has a private entrance. It is spacious and bright with solid oak flooring and a beamed ceiling. It also has a large sofa bed and will sleep up to 4 people. This room is designed to accommodate disabled people.

The room "TERRA" (Earth) and the room "METALLO" (Metal) each has its own bathroom but are communicating, so are ideal for families. Both rooms have solid oak flooring, exposed beams, and lace curtains from the 1700s. The first room has a large window from which you can admire the hills of Carassai, Montefiore and Massignano; the other has a terrace facing west, overlooking the Sibillini Mountains and the hills of Piceno.

The room "ACQUA" (Water) is blue and has a terracotta tiled floor and exposed ceiling beams. In the bathroom, there are delicate aquamarine glass mosaic tiles. It has a west-facing terrace overlooking the Sibillini Mountains and the hills of Piceno.

The room "LEGNO" (Wood), in a light green colour, has a solid oak floor and exposed ceiling beams, beautiful gauze with lace curtains from the 1800s at the windows, and a natural slate-tiled bathroom with a large shower. The terrace faces west.

The room "FUOCO" (Fire) is large and spacious and faces south. It has solid oak flooring, exposed beams, antique lace curtains from the 1700s, and a spacious bathroom with small copper mosaics. From the terrace you can see Mount Gran Sasso and the beautiful hills of Piceno.

Breakfast is a buffet. The products are organic: fresh baked bread every morning (made with stone- ground flour: spelt, kamut, barley, cereals or wholemeal ... a different type every day), tarts, cakes, natural yoghurt, fruit juice, jam. Meals served at the restaurant are 90% organic.

• Small pets are welcome provided they are quiet and well trained (you must advise us in advance). Pets are not allowed in the restaurant under any circumstances. The charge for final cleaning is 30 Euros.
