2 Holiday houses in Lido di Noto, Sicily, at just 300 meters from the sea

Both holiday houses are located only 300 meters from the beach of Lido di Noto (Sicily). The sandy beach was awarded in 2010 with "five sails" for the cleaning of the water. You can choose between free or private (equipped) beaches. Tennis court and swimming pool are in the vicinity of the houses. Both holiday houses are located in a quiet area and offer tourists the chance to live intensely the sea and the nature. The two houses are a good solution for families and groups (up 13 people) who want to go on holiday in Sicily!

The holiday home "Laufi" is about 80 sqm. on the ground floor and comprises: 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room, kitchen, 2 large outdoor patio. The house is surrounded by a lemon garden of 1500 sqm. with barbecue area with table and chairs. The house is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, oven and microwave, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, coffee maker, pots and dishes. Also available are linens and towels.

The holiday home "Falconara" is located 30 m. from home Laufi, it is about 115 sqm., it is on the ground floor and comprises: 2 double rooms with air conditioning, a room with a bunk bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed for 2, a built-in kitchen. The house is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, oven, dishes and pots. Towels and linen available. The house has two outdoor patio and a garden of 450 sqm. with barbecue area.
