The resort is located within a park of pines and cypresses in Montaione, Tuscany. Montaione is a quiet town of about 3,000 residents about 50 Km south of Florence. It is characterized by the beauty of the countryside and surrounding hills, with wide green spaces: the ideal place for pleasant walking, biking, horseback riding, soccer or golf games. Montaione is even an excellent starting point to reach art cities like Florence, Lucca, Siena, Pisa, Volterra, Monteriggioni, Certaldo and San Gimignano.

The complex consists of a Villa in the center and three groups of Apartments. The strength of the resort are without doubt the 2 outdoor swimming pools, also immersed in the green: a 16x8 meter large solarium equipped with deckchairs, sun beds and parasols, a smaller and more suitable for children. Available to children (and their parents!) are also a large lawn to play football, a basket for playing basketball, a tennis court. The property is completely fenced and within it there is a large private parking.

A few kilometers from the residence, in the center of Montaione, there are shops and restaurants (it takes about 5 minutes by car to get there). In the town of Mura (5 km), there is a restaurant where you eat well and cheaply. A 4 km there is a stable, 8 km a golf course. You can rent mountain bikes for excursions in the area. In the resort you can book breakfast.

Our advice: it is the ideal destination for families with children, for parents who want to spend a holiday in a green and quiet place with their children and organize day trips to nearby cities. It is also an ideal place for groups.

The residence has 14 apartments. These are furnished in Tuscan style and sleep from 2 to 8 people. Each apartment has separate entrance, a wooden gazebo that is furnished with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining. 2 Apartments are on the first floor and have, in addition to the garden, even a balcony.
Two-rooms apartments: 40 sqm, bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, bathroom. Three-rooms apartments: 50 sqm, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, bathroom. Three-rooms "plus" apartments: 65 sqm, they are like the three-rooms apartments, but have 2 bathrooms and a dishwasher. Four-room apartment: 75 sqm, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher.
