2 Holiday apartments in Sardinia in Torre dei Corsari, just 500m from the beach

Two holiday apartments in Sardinia, in Torre dei Corsari, (Arbus). The apartments are only 500 m from the beach on the beautiful Costa Verde. Both apartments are adjacent but separated from each other, each can accommodate up to 4 people and are available all year. Therefore they represent the ideal solution for two families who want to spend their holidays together.

Both apartments have been recently renovated and furnished with new furniture. The two apartments are identical in size, arrangement of rooms and furniture. The apartments have 2 floors. On the first floor there are

• the living room with kitchenette,
• balcony
• a bedroom with a bunk bed.

On the second floor there are

• a bedroom with a view overlooking the sea and
• a bathroom with shower.

The living room has a kitchen, stove, oven, refrigerator and washing machine, cutlery, plates and pots, a sofa and a television.

From the kitchen you have access to the balcony, on which you can have meals. The balcony is covered by a canopy. From the balcony you can admire the dune and the sea with its turquoise color!

The house has a small garden that overlooks the dune. Both apartments also have a reserved parking place.

You arrive on the beach in 2-5 minute walk, and even faster, by bicycle.

Near the house there are supermarkets, shops and small restaurants that offer local products in the area

• Deposit: 30 % of the total booking price
• Payment of the rest: the day of the arrival
• Payment of the rest in: cash
• Check in: 15:00 - 19:00 h

• Linen and towels: 16 € per person per kit (on request)

• Pets: allowed (on request)
• The kitchen and all appliances (fridge, oven, dishes and pans) must be left clean by the client, otherwise 60 € penalty will be applied
• Pets are allowed but they must stay in the garden
• Fees: Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 o'clock: 20 €. Arrival after 22:00 o'clock: 50 €.
