San Benedetto del Tronto is famous for its wide and sandy beach, the beautiful promenade (called "Riviera delle Palme") and the long bike path. Close to San Benedetto there are beautiful cities and medieval villages of Marche (Ascoli Piceno, Acquaviva, Ripatransone) and Abruzzo region (Civitella). The proximity to the National Park of Abruzzo and Monti della Laga makes possible to organize daily excursions in the mountains.

Regent is absolutely the most beautiful and largest suite apartment. It has 2 floors and has a total of 8 beds distributed as follows: 2 double bedrooms (one per floor) and two double sofa bed (one per floor). Spacious lounge and 2 bathrooms. The apartment also has 2 large terraces: the first terrace is accessible from the living room, it has a a wonderful view of the sea, and here it is possible to have meals in 8 people. The second terrace has a nice outdoor seating and sea view. Regent is located on the fourth floor.
