The residence is in the historical centre of Monteprandone, a medieval fortress situated on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The residence was opened in 2008 following the restoration of two houses of architectural beauty dating from the 1500s and share the only garden in the historical centre of the town. Monteprandone is in Italy near the border between the Marche and Abruzzo regions and only 4 km from the seaside resort of San Benedetto del Tronto.

The residence has eleven Holiday Apartments and two double bedrooms, a fitness and relaxation area, a pool room, a large garden with a hydro massager and a piano bar where guests can enjoy a generous continental breakfast, served by the pool.

During the sensitive restoration of these medieval buildings great attention was given to detail, to exalt the architectural beauty of the cross-vaulting, wooden beams, hand-made bricks and original frescoes.

Each apartment has air conditioning, a kitchenette (fitted kitchen area), two flat-screen digital televisions, internet and Wi-Fi, a safety-security box and an elegant bathroom.

From typically Mediterranean marine and coastal areas, compact, hilly areas rich in agriculture, small villages and towns, to the highest mountain peaks of the Apennines.
