The vacation resort, whose construction was completed in 2011, is located close to the city center of Grottammare, in the Marche region, at only 100 m from the sea. Near the resort there are shops, restaurants, pubs and the beautiful promenade of Grottammare. This forms, together with the promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto and Cupra Marittima the "Riviera delle Palme". This is characterized by the presence of thousands of palms and a long bike path, suitable for adults and children.

The resort is composed of apartments with 2 rooms for 3 or 4 people (called Suite), and bedrooms for 2 people. The resort has 4 floors and each floor has 4 suites (each with the name of an artist of Le Marche. We have Suite Leopardi, Suite Bramante, Suite Raffaello and Suite Rossini, and a double room (Room Crivelli).The apartments have a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (for 1 or 2 people), a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. All apartments, except Suite Rossini, have a furnished terrace. The widest terrace is available in the Suite Leopardi.

All apartments and rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet, laundry. Breakfast, beach service and private parking are included in the price. The resort is an exclusive destination with 4 stars!
