In the period from May to September the swimming pool of 12x6 meters with sun beds, chairs and sun loungers and hidrobikes is, as well as a hot tub of 2x2 meters for up to 4 people. The ideal place for spending a relaxing with the family, playing sports, hiking and cultural holidays.

The villa has 5 apartments furnished with great care:

• 2 apartments of 32 sqm, each for 2 people ("Il Papavero" on the first floor with terrace and “Le spighe” on the ground floor with veranda) with a bedroom, a living room with kitchen, bathroom, terrace / veranda.
• 3 apartments on two floors of 72 sqm each ("Il Glicine", "La Margherita", "Il Girasole"), for up to 4 people. These apartments have 2 double bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, private outdoor space.

All apartments have a garden equipped with table and chairs. The villa also has: a lounge with sofas, a games room with table tennis and billiards, a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, a bird watcher, the possibility to practice crossbow.
