Villa Ibisco is a charming estate located on the green hills of Umbria in the little town of Umbertide, inside the natural park of Monte Acuto. In full contact with nature, surrounded by olive trees. This is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday while at the same time being convenient for visiting Umbria's most famous attractions such as Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Todi, Cittą di Castello, the lake Trasimeno and many others; all reachable by car in 20-30 minutes. The Villa is ideal for 8 people. It has a kitchen, a bathroom, the living room with fireplace and a double room with bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen, that has a table for ten, looks onto the swimming pool and the garden where there is an equipped eating area. On the ground floor there are two en-suite bedrooms (one with shower, the other one with a bathtub) that have direct access to another open air breakfast area in the garden. The same floor has a laundry, a store room and a cellar. All windows and doors have mosquito-nets. The swimming pool is 12 m. by 6 m., from 1.40 to 1.50 m. deep. It is illuminated by night and a there is a barbecue in the nearby.

Villa Splendida was built in 1726 and in 2005 was completely restored by the current owners, with the help of a local architect, an expert in medieval architecture. The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (master with bath too), kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, big oven, big kitchen top, Sat tv in living room, air-conditioning in one room, heating, fly screens, dishwasher, washing machine, cd player, internet wireless, computer, alarm, BBQ, baby cot, high chair. The depandance has 2 twin (1 convertible double), 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, living room, fly screens, heating. In garden there is a pool (12*6 meter) and a barbecue. From the Villa you can enjoy and amazing view of the Lake Trasimeno and its islands.
